Be More Than a Mom

At Be More than a Mom, we strive to provide our customers with technical support that is second-to-none. We work hard every day to make sure that every ticket is closed in a manner that leaves our Mompreneurs happy and satisfied.


When you open a ticket, you can expect the following level of service:

Tickets opened with a High urgency level will be answered as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do monitor which clients abuse the High urgency and reserve the right to restrict the use of this urgency level by abusers.

If you choose the Medium urgency level, you ask that we reply as quickly as possible but understand that there may be a bit of a wait.

The vast majority of tickets will have a Low urgency level. These tickets will be answered within our standard 24 hour guaranteed response time.


It goes without saying that support questions related to server problems (downtime, odd errors out of nowhere, etc) are on us. However, in order to provide our First Class service day-in and day-out, we do have to charge for technical support like programming, custom design, and text/image updates.

In order to offer our customers support that fits their needs, we offer the following technical support billing options:

 

Contract Technical Support

For those who want consistent costs without any surprises, we offer technical support contracts. This is great for customers who regularly like to have our help tweaking their site to be the best representation of their Mompreneurship.

  • $35 per hour of support, billable in 5 minute increments
  • Contract for 1 hour of support each month
  • Support hours rollover from month to month, so you never lose the support you paid for
  • Billable monthly or quarterly, automatically billed

    Pay-As-You-Go Technical Support

    For those who prefer to only purchase support when they really need it. This is helpful for those Moms who rarely need our help keeping their site humming along.

  • $40 per hour of support, billable in 10 minute increments
  • You will be billed when support is requested. We will quote you an estimate for the time required to complete your work. Once we receive payment, your work will start.
  • Support hours last for 6 months should we overestimate
  • To purchase pay-as-you-go technical support, click here to enter our client support system and open a ticket with our Sales team for a quote on your support project.


    For all clients, "rush" or "emergency" jobs that require us to put aside other work and/or work on the weekend will incur a Rush Fee of an additional $5 per hour.
